The hotel def. exceeded our expectations. It was clean, it is renovated and they stuck with the country theme to still keep the Amish look of the town. The staff is so nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious. We were looking at the super renovated hotels like Cartoon Network and the IHG hotel however they had horrible reviews but this place had great reviews. Don't let the pictures fool you, it looks like its old but it's actually not, it is fully updated, microwave and keurig in the room, coffee 24/7 in the hotel lobby and indoor pool. Breakfast was exceptional, loved the waffle maker, the kids were so happy. They have multiple options, scrambled eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, yogurt bar, cereal bar, bagels, assorted toasts, juices, muffins, milk, choc syrup. The only thing is lack of fresh fruit, the fruit offered is from a big can of fruit cocktail which is not a big deal at all. We saw Thomas the train and this was 7 min away from it. They are doing a great job!

Gary was very patient and friendly in the middle of the night when my sugar decided to tank and the system wasn’t fully cooperating. The rooms were spacious and my wheelchair was able to fit through all the doorways easily. The breakfast was amazing and there was something for everyone, no matter what your food preference is. The pool area was great as well! My boys loved swimming! This was our first stay away from home since my youngest was born two years ago and since my amputation that was a little under two years ago. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and was able to relax and enjoy a short family trip away from home.

Clean pool and Jacuzzi area with pleasant air and water temperature, open 6am- 11 pm. Nice fire pit outside. Quiet area and hotel was quiet during our stay. It has a restaurant on site, also there is a spa, but it was closed on Sunday eve.

The indoor pool was beautiful, spacious, and fun. Complimentary breakfast was good and located in a beautiful room, one of the nicest I've ever been in for breakfast! Outdoor facilities, like fire pit, were a nice touch. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Location was ideal and quiet, but convenient to local shopping and restaurants.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well-appointed and bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast offered a variety of selections, both hot and cold. Location of hotel is within easy walking distance of shops. This is the only place my wife and I stay when we visit the Lancaster area.
