Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn

The hotel def. exceeded our expectations. It was clean, it is renovated and they stuck with the country theme to still keep the Amish look of the town. The staff is so nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious. We were looking at the super renovated hotels like Cartoon Network and the IHG hotel however they had horrible reviews but this place had great reviews. Don't let the pictures fool you, it looks like its old but it's actually not, it is fully updated, microwave and keurig in the room, coffee 24/7 in the hotel lobby and indoor pool. Breakfast was exceptional, loved the waffle maker, the kids were so happy. They have multiple options, scrambled eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, yogurt bar, cereal bar, bagels, assorted toasts, juices, muffins, milk, choc syrup. The only thing is lack of fresh fruit, the fruit offered is from a big can of fruit cocktail which is not a big deal at all. We saw Thomas the train and this was 7 min away from it. They are doing a great job!

Great location ,very large and very clean room. And a nice little balcony too. Staff was super friendly and accommodating .we will definetely stay here again .

From the earliest moment of entry, we met Marla at check-in and experienced nothing but excellent customer service. Everything was great! As we checked out we've met Joely, she too was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the local whereabouts. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable room, tasty breakfast including scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, sausages, waffles station and other usual breakfast items. Real plates and utensils, not a paper-plastic ones. Clean pool and Jacuzzi area with pleasant air and water temperature, open 6am- 11 pm. Nice fire pit outside. Quiet area and hotel was quiet during our stay. It has a restaurant on site, also there is a spa, but it was closed on Sunday eve.

The room was great. Two queen beds and a separte sitting room. Staff was friendly and helpful.
